HYDRAFACIAL™

HydraFacials offer amazing results with minimal downtime. Using the most advanced technology, HydraFacials use a technique called ‘Hydradermabrasion’ to exfoliate and hydrate the skin. Suitable for all ages and skin types, there are only six steps to achieving your skin goals! HydraFacials offer deep cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, brightening and rejuvenation and can be used to treat acne, rosacea, fine lines, wrinkles and blocked pores.

What is included in the treatment?

The HydraFacial treatment is tailored to your skin needs. The treatment includes six steps, but depending on your skin concerns we can add boosters to achieve maximum results.

1. Detox

Your skin treatment begins with lymphatic drainage to improve circulation and to aid the elimination of toxins.

2. Deep cleanse and exfoliation

A device is then used to gently exfoliate and cleanse to remove dead skin cells and debris, allowing a new layer of skin to shine through.

3. Peel and brighten

Glycolic acid and salicylic acid are applied to the skin’s surface to exfoliate the skin and remove impurities, while also brightening your complexion and tackling brown spots.

4. Extract impurities

A painless suction is then used to remove debris from the skin to clear your complexion and reduce the appearance of pores.

5. Hydrate and nourish

Hyaluronic acid, peptides and antioxidants are then administered to plump and hydrate the skin, giving it a refreshing glow.

6. Stimulate and rejuvenate

The skin is then exposed to LED light therapy which stimulates the production of collagen, reduces redness and supports the natural production of vitamin D.

How many treatments are required?

During your consultation with us in Glasgow, your bespoke skin treatment plan will be made for you, taking into account any other aesthetic treatments you may wish to have. We would recommend a minimum of six treatments for the best results!

Is there any downtime or side effects following the treatment?

Some mild redness and peeling may occur, depending on your skin type and the treatment that you’ve had, but side effects from a HydraFacial are very minimal. They are a natural, safe and effective way to achieve beautiful glowing skin instantly after treatment.

Aftercare following treatment

Depending on your skin type and the treatment you’ve had, a personalised aftercare plan will be given to you after your treatment. We also strongly recommend protecting your skin with an SPF 30 minimum afterwards, as your skin will be more sensitive as it heals and may be more prone to sun damage.
