3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Booking Deposit: A deposit of £50 is required to secure an appointment for any service provided by The Aesthetics Club. This deposit is payable at the time of booking and is applied towards the total cost of your service.
• Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will forfeit your £50 deposit as a cancellation fee. This policy helps us manage our scheduling and accommodate other clients.
• Late Arrivals: Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to extend your service time. Late arrivals may still be subject to the full service fee.

4. User Obligations You agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself when required, and to promptly update any changes to your information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability The Aesthetics Club will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
