Lumecca

Lumecca is designed to improve the appearance of age spots, Rosacea, thread veins and uneven skin tone. Using intense pulsed light (IPL), Lumecca delivers up to 3x more energy than standard IPL machines to improve the appearance of vascular and pigmented lesions. 

DOWNTIME
Erythema will be present for a few hours following treatment. The pigmented areas of the skin can initially look darker but after a few days this flakes off to reveal fresher, clearer skin. The most visible results are seen after 1-2 weeks.

RESULTS
An improvement can be seen after the first session, however a course of 3 treatments would be recommended for best results. The treatment regime depends on the severity of skin damage, skin type, type of treatment (vascular vs sun damage) and energy settings.

To ensure optimal safety and results, the skin must not have been exposed to direct sun or UV tanning for a minimum of 2 weeks prior to treatment. Fake tan should be avoided for at least 7 days and fully removed before your appointment, ensuring the skin is completely clean and free from product residue.
